Applications and strategy calls

Submitting an application requests a conversation about your studio. It does not create a service contract or guarantee acceptance. The strategy call is free and without obligation.

Services and founding offer

The scope of services, campaign budgets, fees, payment terms and any founding offer will be confirmed in a separate agreement before work begins. Founding offer: First 10 studios: your first 3 months for €1,500, setup included (Growth plan), instead of €2,394. Pay upfront or 3 × €500. From month 4, Growth continues at €597/month.

Results

Results depend on factors including location, tattoo style, campaign budget and availability. No specific client volume or financial return is guaranteed.

Contracts and cancellation

Agency plans have a 3-month minimum term and then continue month to month. After the minimum term, either side can cancel with 30 days' written notice. Ad spend is paid directly to Meta/Google and is not part of our fees. Any refunds are set out in your service agreement.

Liability and governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
