Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is NEXO Studios Limited, operating as NEXO Labs, 101–103 Francis St, The Liberties, Dublin 8, Ireland. Contact: nexostudiosltd@gmail.com.
What the quiz collects
We collect your Instagram handle, name and email address. Depending on your answers, we also ask for your WhatsApp number, studio name and city. We record your quiz answers, qualification status, the questions that did not meet our criteria, privacy agreement and submission date and time.
The quiz asks about your studio arrangement, average session price, desired number of new-client days, advertising budget, setup investment readiness, filming habits, lead handling, deposits, decision-making authority and whether you serve clients in English.
Why we use your information
We use your answers to assess your application and your contact information to discuss your application or relevant availability. Your answers are evaluated using qualification rules; this is not a legal or similarly significant decision. You may request a human review by contacting us. We do not use your application for unrelated marketing.
We process your application to take steps at your request before a possible contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) and, for follow-up contact about your application, on our legitimate interest in replying to your enquiry (Article 6(1)(f)). Agreement to this policy records that you have read it; it does not waive your data protection rights.
Storage and internal email sharing
Your application is stored in our private database in Lovable Cloud. The application notification is sent through Resend to the NEXO team by email, including your contact details, quiz answers, status, any questions that did not meet the criteria, and date and time. Email notifications require our sender setup to be active. Access is limited to the team and service providers needed to handle your application. We do not sell your information.
Our service providers are Lovable Cloud (website hosting and database) and Resend (email notifications). Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; where they do, they rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. If we contact you through WhatsApp, its own privacy terms also apply.
How long we keep your information
We retain application records and related email copies for 12 months, then delete them unless a legal requirement justifies longer retention.
Your rights and deletion requests
To request deletion of your application and related email copies, email nexostudiosltd@gmail.com. You may also request access, correction, restriction, portability, or human review, object to relevant processing and withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully carried out. You may complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
Cookies and local storage
This site stores your cookie preferences locally in your browser. No analytics or advertising trackers are active. You can change your choice using Cookie settings on the homepage. Google Fonts is loaded from Google and may receive standard connection information such as your IP address.
